Personal Injury

Criminal Defense
When you are charged with a crime, you face the enormous power of the government with all its resources. That’s when you need a professional fighter in your corner. As the former Chief Litigator of the Richland County Public Defender’s Office, Rhodes has fought every kind of battle in the criminal justice system – from double murders to disorderly conduct. Criminal charges can change the course of your life in an instant.
Rhodes will help protect your rights and guide you through the chaotic waters of the justice system.
Workers’ Compensation

If you find yourself injured from an accident at work, you most likely have recovery rights in workers’ compensation. Workers’ compensation applies regardless of who is at fault. This is a highly technical area of the law, and Rhodes is here to help. If the accident is serious enough to put you out of work for over a week or require a surgical consultation, it is serious enough to consult with a lawyer as well.

Rhodes would be happy to give you a free consultation on your workers’ compensation matter.
